On this commission, because of the game engine, animations needed to be 192x192px, but rather than pixel art, my client wanted a "hand drawn" look for the game.

Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
You can share the final artwork on any social media or streaming platform you want as long as it's for personal use (if you didn't choose or request any of the "commercial use" add-ons). Giving credit is required.PAYMENTS
Upfront:
In case of placing your commission through a platform like VGen, my services are 100% payment upfront. I will not start working until Payment has been done. Commission can't be canceled if I've already started working on it.50% Upfront:
In case of placing your commission through social media (Reddit, Discord, Newgrounds, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok), payment will be 50% upfront, and the rest on delivery. I will not start working until the first Payment has been done. Commission can be canceled even if I've already started working on it, although keep in mind I won't refund the initial payment.Milestone Payment:
In case of the Payment being done by milestones (only available for large projects), I'll start working on the commission as soon as the first Payment is done. On these cases, Payment must be 100% completed before I can send the final artwork.REVISIONS
Always 1 major revision at the initial sketching phase, once the sketch is completely done no major changes are allowed. I'll be sending you updates throughout the whole process until the commission is 100% finished.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
TAT ranges from 1 - 5 weeks (depending on the commission completxity) not including wasitlist time.
The only exception are Large or Custom Projects, these will have a special TAT established according to the client & the artists needs.USE
All artwork deribated from my services are for personal use only (CC BY-NC-ND license), although you can select from the "commercial use" add-ons if you want commercial rights (CC BY-ND license).INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I may use the final artwork in promoting works online, in addition to be added to a portfolio.
NOTE: An NDA revokes the rights above.The final artwork can't be used for commercial purposes, unless a "commercial use" add-on has been applied and paid, in that case the final artwork can be used only as the selected "commercial use" add-on states & following CC BY-ND license.
All sketch proposals and WIP material can't be used in any form without the artist's permission.
The final artwork, sketch proposals or any WIP material can't be traced over or modified without permission.
The final artwork, sketch proposals or any WIP material can't be used in AI or NFT technologies in any form.REFUNDS
